Description
Algitt Studios is a small, one man, Redmond based Video Game Startup, created in 2008. Currently specializing in Download Distributable games, formerly working in Contract game services.History
Early HistoryAlgitt Studios was started by founder, Stephen Scott, during his junior year at DigiPen Institute of Technology. Algitt's first title was a small freeware Action Puzzle game called ManaGen. It was released for free in March 2009 on download.com. Stephen then took a contract doing all of the art for Xbox Live Indie Game, War of Words. During his senior year he was contracted, through Algitt Studios, to Exato Game Studios as a "Generalist Artist", becoming Lead Artist and then Art Director.
Indie TimesAlgitt Studios' efforts were spent working for Exato on Progenitor and Guncraft. During its contract, Algitt also independantly produced its second title, Endless Princess, a 2D Action Endless Runner for Xbox Live Indie Games. Stephen left Exato in August 2012 to work full time on Algitt's current title, Lock Break Battle.
